Living at the beach is my favorite thing in the whole world but there are a lot of challenges I never anticipated before I moved here. For example, I knew my place was in a hurricane zone but I had no idea how far away hurricanes can be and still cause a lot of damage to the property. I had to install storm windows and some extra shuttering just to make sure the place is locked up tight. I also near about fell out the first month I got my electricity bill so I had to go to HTTP://WWW.shopELECTRICITYRATESTEXAS.com to get it down to a level I could afford. There’s a lot more maintenance required since being so close to the ocean means the house and deck get worn away by salt water a lot easier but I guess it’s all worth it in the end when I get to go to sleep each night hearing the waves in the background. I wouldn’t trade my beach life for anything in the world!
